2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Subscription plan and billing information

2.2 Property Management Data

To provide the Service, we store data you enter including:

• Property addresses, types, and details
• Tenant names, contact information, and lease dates
• Rent payment records and amounts
• Maintenance requests and repair logs
• Lease agreements and documents you upload
• Contractor contact information you add to your directory
• Email communication logs with tenants

2.3 Branding & Customization

Pro and Team subscribers may upload a company logo, set brand colors, and configure a company name. This information is stored to personalize your experience and whiten your emails and tenant portal.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
• Usage data (features used, actions performed)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account notifications, tenant communications you initiate)
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information or property management data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Encryption of data at rest (AES-256)
• Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring each landlord can only access their own data
• Regular security updates and dependency audits

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may:

• Export your data at any time via the Backup feature (Pro and Team plans)
• Delete individual records (properties, tenants, payments, etc.) through the dashboard
• Request full account deletion by contacting support. We will delete all your data within 30 days of your request, except as required by law

After account termination, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes. Personal and property-specific data will be permanently deleted.

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data

Your data is stored in the United States through Supabase (us-west-1 region). If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
